Growth had stalled after a Meta tracking restriction degraded targeting and burned ~$100k in inefficient spend. To resolve it, I worked with engineering to remove sensitive PII from the SDK, restoring clean signal flow for Meta optimization. From there, I integrated RevenueCat events into Appsflyer for deep-funnel optimization, and reworked paywall flow and SKU architecture to strengthen signal quality. I also brought in senior performance designers to raise creative quality and increase iteration velocity.

The outcome was a 3x higher conversion rate and 70% lower CAC, turning a stalled channel into a scalable growth system.
